Omar Khadir was a child soldier, captured on a battlefield in Afghanistan when he was just 15, and now he's being charged with murder. He has been held at the military prison Guantanamo Bay for the last few years. He is a Canadian citizen. The lack of a fair trial and being held for so long without charges is a human rights tragedy.
